What is the minimum stay?

11 nights. This apartment is oriented to medium-stay and seasonal rentals, not weekend breaks or short stays.

How do I book?

Pick your dates on the availability page and send the request. We reply within 24 hours with confirmation, payment instructions and check-in details.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. 30% of the total to confirm the booking, and the remaining 70% 30 days before check-in. We accept SEPA bank transfer and Bizum within Spain.

Is cleaning included?

Yes, final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 4 weeks we offer optional mid-stay cleaning at extra cost.

Do you accept pets?

We review each case. As a rule we accept small-to-medium dogs and cats. There is a deep-cleaning surcharge after the stay.

Is the Wi-Fi good enough for remote work?

Symmetric 600 Mbps fibre. Tested with HD video calls and large file uploads. The apartment has a work area with an extra monitor available on request.

Is it close to the beach?

Yes. Postiguet beach is 5 minutes walk away, no need to take the car. For larger beaches (San Juan, Cabo de la Huerta) the tram stop is nearby and runs every 10-15 minutes.

Is there parking?

Yes. You have one private covered parking spot included for your car for the whole stay, at no extra cost. If you have visitors, the building has free guest parking with several spaces.

How many bedrooms does it have?

3 bedrooms. Comfortable space for a family or a group of up to 6 people. The apartment has been newly refurbished, with a brand-new fully equipped kitchen.

How do I get there from the airport?

Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is 10 km away. A taxi is about €25 and 15 minutes. The C-6 bus drops you in the centre in 30 minutes.

What documents do you need?

By Spanish law, a copy of the ID or passport of the main guest before check-in. Data is deleted after the stay, except where legal retention applies.
