What is the minimum stay?
11 nights. This apartment is oriented to medium-stay and seasonal rentals, not weekend breaks or short stays.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the availability page and send the request. We reply within 24 hours with confirmation, payment instructions and check-in details.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. 30% of the total to confirm the booking, and the remaining 70% 30 days before check-in. We accept SEPA bank transfer and Bizum within Spain.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than 4 weeks we offer optional mid-stay cleaning at extra cost.
Do you accept pets?
We review each case. As a rule we accept small-to-medium dogs and cats. There is a deep-cleaning surcharge after the stay.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. AC in every room (all 3 bedrooms and living areas). Essential for a good rest during the Alicante summer.
Is it close to the beach?
Yes. The beach is 5 minutes walk away (3 km of fine sand), no need to take the car. Carrer la Mar beach in El Campello is also very close.
Is there a tennis court?
Yes. The building complex has a communal tennis court included for guests at no extra charge. Bring your racket and balls, or ask us if you need them.
Is there parking?
Yes. You have one private covered parking spot included for your car for the whole stay, at no extra cost. If you have visitors, the building has free guest parking with several spaces.
How many bedrooms does it have?
3 bedrooms. Comfortable space for a family or a group of up to 6 people. The apartment has been newly refurbished, with a brand-new fully equipped kitchen.
How many bathrooms does it have?
2 full bathrooms, both fully refurbished. Designed so a group of up to 6 people can get ready in the morning without queues.
How do I get there from the airport?
Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is about 29 km away. A taxi or private transfer is around €50 and 25 minutes via the AP-7 motorway. Same time by rental car via the A-70.
Can I reach Benidorm or Villajoyosa without a car?
Yes. Venta Lanuza TRAM stop (line 1) is 11 minutes walk away. Villajoyosa is a 30-minute direct TRAM ride and Benidorm 1h 20min, no transfers. Tickets include free entry to Terra Mítica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura theme parks.
What documents do you need?
By Spanish law, a copy of the ID or passport of the main guest before check-in. Data is deleted after the stay, except where legal retention applies.
