House rules

Just a few rules, so everyone has a good time and the home stays in the same shape you find it.

• Minimum stay: 11 nights.
• Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 11:00. If our schedule allows, we are flexible with both.
• Parking: one private covered spot included for your car. Visitors who come to see you can use the building's free guest parking (several spaces).
• No parties, events or meetings with people not listed on the booking.
• No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace using the ashtrays provided.
• Pets: please ask before booking. We accept based on breed and size.
• Maximum capacity: the one stated in your booking. No additional guests without prior notice.
• The building rests from 23:00. Please respect the quiet hours.
• Before check-out: please leave used dishes in the dishwasher, take rubbish to the container, and leave the keys in the agreed place.
